Maternal Mortality/Morbidity Response Team (MMRT)
The 4Kira4Moms MMRT is a direct-response program offering wraparound services, resources, and trauma support within 24 hours of a near-miss event or death of a pregnant/birthing mother. Our team provides essentials like food, formula, diapers, baby supplies, household items, and clothes; grief support; legal support; and assistance with social services. To date we have helped over 100 families during their infant's first year.

- Families affected by a near-miss event (when a mother nearly dies but survives a life-threatening complication)
- Families affected by the death of a pregnant or birthing mother
