Our board brings expertise in maternal health, advocacy, and nonprofit governance.

Members include clinicians, advocates, and leaders committed to ending maternal mortality and improving outcomes for Black mothers and families. The board guides our strategy, ensures accountability, and upholds our mission to educate, advocate, and legislate for safer maternal care nationwide.

Founder & Board Chair

After losing his wife Kira in 2016, Charles founded 4Kira4Moms in 2017 to end preventable maternal mortality and advocate for families nationwide.

Gabby Albert

Vice Chair & Secretary

With over 20 years of corporate experience in strategic sourcing, marketing, and leadership, Gabby brings operational excellence to the board while also serving as Executive Director.

Kenton Dixon is the owner of Dixon Digital Photography and a dedicated advocate for maternal health.

Latham Thomas is the founder of Mama Glow, a leading maternal health and wellness brand supporting families through education and advocacy.

Paula Goldstein

Founder & Co-Chair, Cuqui.CO+; Chief Creative Officer & Co-Founder, The Mother Lovers

Paula Goldstein brings creative leadership and advocacy to the board through her work founding Cuqui.CO+ and co-founding The Mother Lovers.

Sanya Richards Ross is an Olympic gold medalist, NBC sports analyst, and founder of MommiNation, championing maternal health and wellness for mothers everywhere.
